With the arrival of spring and increased outdoor activity throughout the community, we would like to take a moment to remind everyone of a few important expectations.
- Privacy & Respect for Others
Please be mindful of your neighbors’ privacy. Do not approach or enter another resident’s porch, patio, yard, or window area at any time. - Personal Belongings
All personal belongings must be kept within your designated area. Items should not be stored in common areas, walkways, or in other residents’ space. - Trash Disposal & Littering
All household trash must be properly bagged and disposed of in designated trash areas. Littering anywhere on the property is not permitted. This includes leaving trash, bags, or debris outside of dumpsters. - Food Scraps
Food scraps must not be thrown on the ground or left outside, as this attracts pests and creates unsanitary conditions. - Safety
For everyone’s safety, all household members and guests must be properly supervised and must not engage in activities in roadways, parking areas, rooftops, or other unsafe locations. All drivers must enter and exit the parking lot slowly and with caution at all times. - Outdoor Items & Activities
Grills must be used in accordance with safety guidelines and must be kept at least 10 feet away from any buildings or structures at all times. Open flames near buildings are not permitted. Swimming pools, trampolines, tents, and other temporary structures are not allowed on the property at any time. - Household Responsibility
The Head of Household is responsible for the behavior and actions of all household members and guests at all times while on the property.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain a clean, safe, and respectful community for everyone.
