The 2020 – 2025 Strategic Plan was developed with active engagement and feedback from Keene Housing’s Board of Commissioners, staff, residents, voucher holders, landlords and community partners. Keene Housing’s Board of Commissioners and staff review the Strategic Plan each year to check our progress and make adjustments, when needed.
On November 9, 2022, all Keene Housing staff reviewed the Plan and discussed the status of each priority project together. Senior staff and the Board of Commissioners then met on December 13, 2022 to review the Plan, review staff feedback, and review the status of each project. The annual review process ensures Keene Housing achieves its goals and remains focused on achieving its mission. The 2020 – 2025 Strategic Plan is amended to reflect the status of each project.
