The 2020 – 2025 Strategic Plan was developed with active engagement and feedback from Keene Housing’s Board of Commissioners, staff, residents, voucher holders, landlords and community partners. Keene Housing’s Board of Commissioners and staff review the Strategic Plan each year to check our progress and make adjustments, when needed.
On December 3, 2024, Keene Housing’s Board of Commissioners and staff reviewed the Plan and discussed the status of each priority project together. The review process assesses progress toward objectives, identifies new opportunities or challenges, adjusts priorities based on performance and ensures Keene Housing achieves its goals and remains focused on achieving its mission. The 2020 – 2025 Strategic Plan was amended to reflect the status of each project.
