Keene Housing invites sealed bids for the Riverbend Apartments Site Rehabilitation at 836 West Swanzey Road, Swanzey, NH in accordance with the Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents prepared by Stevens & Associates, PC, 95 Main Street, Brattleboro, Vermont.

There will be an optional site visit February 12, 2019 at 11:00 AM local time. Interested contractors should meet at project site. On-site parking is available.
All questions must be received by 12:00 Noon, February 27, 2019. Questions shall be addressed in writing to Taylor Shulda, Stevens & Associates, PO Box 1586, Brattleboro, VT 05301 or emailed to tshulda@stevens-assoc.com. Bids must be received at the office of Keene Housing, 831 Court St, Keene, NH at 10:00 AM local time, March 6, 2019 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
