KH’s programs are meant for people and households living on limited incomes. To find out if you qualify for housing assistance, follow the three steps below.

Using the HUD Income Guidelines for Cheshire County, New Hampshire, find the row for your household size, and then find your annual household income in that row. Why KH?

Since 1965, KH has played a vital role in promoting a stronger Monadnock region by providing housing assistance to the community’s vulnerable and low-income populations. KH’s commitment to going above and beyond providing affordable housing has continually set it apart from other similar sized agencies. This year marks the fifteenth year of KH’s participation in the MTW program. The regulatory and budgetary flexibility of MTW has helped KH make great strides in increasing and improving the quality of affordable housing in the Monadnock region, and to support low-income households in their journey to financial security.
