We’re proud to see Keene Housing’s Roosevelt East featured in Affordable Housing Finance as part of a national story highlighting the creative transformation of former schools into affordable housing.
Roosevelt East represents more than the redevelopment of a historic building. It’s an opportunity to preserve an important part of Keene’s history while creating much-needed, permanently affordable homes for our community.
With 30 homes now complete at Roosevelt East and another 30 planned at Roosevelt West, we’re excited to see the former Roosevelt School begin its next chapter.
