Extremely cold temperatures are predicted this weekend. Please remember that all windows must be shut when the outside temperature is 40 degrees Fahrenheit or below.
Open windows in cold weather are considered a Maintenance emergency. Maintenance or the Property Manager will respond to an open window(s) by either knocking on your door to tell you to close the window(s) or by entering your apartment to close the open window(s) if no one answers the door. Please keep in mind that a $30.00 fee will be charged each time Maintenance/Property Manager respond to an open window, regardless of entering the unit or not. A door tag will be left if you are not home to let you know that we have come and gone.
