KH owns and manages over 500 subsidized housing units throughout Cheshire County. KH communities include large and small properties offering studio to four-bedroom apartments. These communities offer a wide variety of educational, vocational, and social supportive services to adult residents and their children. Some communities are home to families of all types and sizes and others are reserved just for senior households and people with disabilities. Eligibility requirements differ from program to program and property to property. Please visit Programs and Services to learn more about the services available to households and children.
Keene Housing maintains a Tenant Selection and Occupancy Plan (TSOP) that describes the agency’s policies for administering its housing programs, including tenant selection and eligibility, rules surrounding continued occupancy, and termination of assistance. The plan is approved by the Board of Commissioners and reviewed annually.
