Keene Housing hired GDS Associates to conduct a Capital Needs Assessment (CNA) for apartments 537A and 537B West Street and it will be conducted on Monday, June 18, 2018.
A CNA is a report that identifies the repair, replacement, and improvement needs of a property over a long period of time. As a multi-family housing property owner, a CNA can help us prepare for the future in order to ensure that our property is self-sufficient. A CNA will help us set aside the proper dollar amounts to make those big repairs. An inspection of the property will allow us to be prepared for major expenses.
Scott, Keene Housing facilities staff, will accompany GDS so residents do not have to be present for the inspection.
Keene Housing is not sure of the exact time we will be inspecting but it will be between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
