Keene Housing (KH) invites the community-at-large to review and provide comments regarding Keene Housing’s 2026 DRAFT Moving to Work (MTW) Administrative Plan, and DRAFT Amendments to the 2026 Moving to Work (MTW) Annual Plan to amend the procedure for calculating the Stepped Subsidy amounts for participants in the THRIVE program. The public comment period is open from 8:30 a.m. on Monday, November 17, 2025, until 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 16, 2025.
